At the core of the N°1 DE CHANEL beauty line, red camellia extract targets stage N°1 of the skin aging process, working to help prevent and reduce the appearance of the 5 signs of aging. After applying the N°1 DE CHANEL skincare ritual, wrinkles appear diminished, pores are visibly refined, and the skin's elasticity is improved. It feels more comfortable and glows with vitality.

The N°1 DE CHANEL powder-to-foam cleanser is a facial cleanser enriched with red camellia extract and red camellia oil. Its formula contains 94% naturally derived ingredients(1).
The powder transforms into a rich foam upon contact with water and works to eliminate impurities. Cleansed, the skin looks and feels perfectly clear, soft, radiant, and comfortable.

HOW TO APPLY

The powder-to-foam cleanser is ideal for removing makeup such as the N°1 DE CHANEL foundation.

To open your bottle, gently turn the Twist and Slide cap counter-clockwise.
Dispense the equivalent of 1/2 teaspoon of powder into your hands.
Add a few drops of water and work into a generous foam.
Spread the foam cleanser over the chin, cheeks and forehead.
Massage in a circular motion, working your way up from the chin to the cheeks and forehead. Avoid the eye area.
Thoroughly rinse off the foam with warm water.
Turn the cap clockwise to close the bottle. Store in a dry place.
Follow with the other N°1 DE CHANEL skincare products: the lotion, eye cream, serum, and cream.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
