KEY INGREDIENTS

Red camellia is the key ingredient in N°1 DE CHANEL. This plant can live for up to 200 years(1), defying time itself with its extraordinary longevity. After 19 years of studying camellias, CHANEL Research has brought to light the extraordinary benefits of red camellia extract, obtained using a three-step extraction process: the petals first undergo cold fragmentation, and their properties are then released through hydrofusion. Finally, the resulting solution is purified.
Red camellia extract, enriched of protocatechuic acid, improves skin's elasticity to preserve its youthful appearance.
The N°1 DE CHANEL cream reflects a comprehensive, camellia-centric approach to formulation. The cream is composed of 67% ingredients derived from the camellia, which is showcased in all its forms—extract, ceramide, oil, yeast, and water. Camellia husks, a by-product of camellia oil production, make up 10% of the materials used in the lid of the jar.
N°1 DE CHANEL is an environmentally conscious beauty line. The cream is housed in refillable packaging. The jar is made with lighter glass(2) and its lid is composed of more than 85% bio-based materials, including camellia seed husks and wood by-products sourced from FSC-certified supply networks. It is cellophane-free, does not come with a leaflet, and features organic ink(3). The cream is formulated with 97%(4) naturally derived ingredients.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply the N°1 DE CHANEL cream to the face and neck every morning and evening after applying the serum. Lightly tap the skin with your fingertips for a longer-lasting youthful glow.
Using the palms of your hands, gently smooth from the jawline up to the ears, from the sides of the nose to the ears, from the center of the forehead to the temples, and finally, from the ears down to the neck.

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
