At the heart of the ROUGE COCO BAUME formula: Oleoactive, an oil derived from the fruit of the olive tree, which are high in omega-9s, and its polyphenol-rich leaves. This oil helps to keep the lips looking beautiful.

Nourished from the very first swipe, the lips benefit from long-lasting hydration and 12-hour* comfort, and also feel 41%* less dry. After 28 days, the lips appear plumper (+10%*), visibly smoother (+19%**), suppler (+77%*), and less chapped, for better-looking lips, day after day.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply the lip balm straight from the bullet in a single swipe.

930 - SWEET TREAT

Love the colour and the natural, almost matte finish. It's like my lips but better colour (I have brown skin and have two-tone lips, and this helps even it out nicely). I like how it stains the lip too and is buildable. However, as a lip balm that you might want to re-apply over the day or as your lips get dry, the buildability is sometimes not a good thing as it just keeps darker/deeper each time you apply. So if you prefer a more sheer coverage, you might want to reapply only after it has been mostly wiped off your lips e.g., after eating/drinking, etc. Overall, will definitely get again in this shade or in another that suits my skin tone :)

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
