For the HOLIDAY 2025 collection, the CHANEL Makeup Creation Studio and COMÈTES COLLECTIVE member Cécile Paravina designed a color palette inspired by the cosmos, where 5 CHANEL symbols move in orbit.

Two emblematic shades of ROUGE ALLURE VELVET complete the collection: Rouge Vie, a dusty red, and Abstrait, an intense rosewood. An ultra-comfortable lipstick that wears like a second skin, offering a luminous matte finish.

The ROUGE ALLURE VELVET packaging has been reimagined for the occasion: a limited-edition version of the iconic black and golden click case, embellished with a golden CC logo that is encircled by rays of light.

HOW TO APPLY

• Apply directly to the lips, from the center outward.
• For a perfectly defined look, line lips with LE CRAYON LÈVRES in a matching shade before applying ROUGE ALLURE VELVET. Then, apply the lipstick using the brush from the lip pencil.

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
