COMPOSITION

For the new CHANCE EAU SPLENDIDE, Olivier Polge, CHANEL In-House Perfumer-Creator, created a radiant and magnetic composition.

The bright, sparkling raspberry accord, with facets of crisp fruit, rose and violet, soars before revealing a rich and luminous floral heart of rose geranium. This geranium, with a naturally rosy scent and a subtle minty note, is grown in the CHANEL fields in Grasse. It is accompanied by a sophisticated touch of powdery iris and a mysterious cedar-white musk accord.

An olfactory whirlwind leaves a fruity floral fragrance trail that is elegant and captivating.

To express the full intensity of the interpretation, apply a generous sweeping spray of CHANCE EAU SPLENDIDE Eau de Parfum in base of the neck on the right then on the left. The secret touch: apply a touch of fragrance to the nape of the neck, under the hair.

Also apply to the inside of a garment to increase the fragrance trail and make your presence felt.

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
