Inspired by Gabrielle Chanel, GABRIELLE CHANEL ESSENCE is the fragrance of a woman who is attentive to her needs and speaks her mind. A solar woman who truly shines as she fully expresses her personality.
The fragrance seems to hover weightlessly within the square bottle crafted of ultra-thin glass. The label and the stopper flaunt a shade of gold that is deep and rich like the fragrance.

COMPOSITION

GABRIELLE CHANEL ESSENCE is a solar and voluptuous composition.
Like a fragrance nectar, the ESSENCE is a floral concentrate composed around four flowers: exotic and intense jasmine, radiant and fruity ylang-ylang, fresh and sparkling orange blossom, and creamy, highly feminine Grasse tuberose.
Considered to be the most bewitching flower of all, Grasse tuberose is magnified, radiating throughout the fragrance to create a warm and enveloping trail.

Before it was the name of a fragrance, Gabrielle was the name of a woman: Coco Chanel.

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
