A scent that celebrates the freedom and natural elegance with which Mademoiselle led her life. The fragrance seems to hover weightlessly in its square bottle, crafted from ultra-thin glass. The label and stopper feature a new, precious, rosy shade of beige gold.

COMPOSITION

GABRIELLE CHANEL L’EAU is a fresh and fruity floral composition that revolves around four flowers: exotic and intense jasmine, radiant and fruity ylang-ylang, fresh and sparkling orange blossom, and creamy, highly feminine Grasse tuberose. Considered to be the most captivating flower of all, Grasse tuberose has been revisited, resulting in a new accord that brings out its green, botanical facets. The floral heart of GABRIELLE CHANEL L’EAU is illuminated by sparkling notes with berry accents.

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
