Behind Sycomore Extrait is the story of a fragrance created by Mademoiselle in 1930. By naming the fragrance after this towering tree, the designer, who reigned over the cultural capital of Paris, revealed her earthbound roots, her childhood spent in Auvergne among its age-old volcanoes. Reinterpreted as an Eau de Parfum in 2016, this scent inspired Olivier Polge, CHANEL's In-House Perfumer-Creator, to compose a deep, sensual Extrait. Slightly spicy, it is transected by the liveliness of vetiver, inhabited by iris, and enveloped by accents of leather and vanilla.

ART OF PERFUMING

Use the sculpted cabochon to apply SYCOMORE Extrait to the pulse points: the area behind the ears, the décolleté, and the inside of the wrists.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

Orders placed on CHANEL Online Store are prepared by CHANEL teams and delivered by Canada Post.

Delivery options are:

Standard delivery (2-7 days)
Express delivery (1-3 business days)

Shipping Restrictions on Hazardous Products

Due to Air Safety shipping regulations, orders containing Hazardous Materials (aerosols-alcohol) are restricted from Express Shipping. These orders will be shipped by Standard Shipping.

Orders unfortunately cannot be completed for remote regions due to Air Safety shipping restrictions.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

You can return all or part of your CHANEL order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any of the following reasons:

Simply complete the online returns form accessed here. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a Post Canada location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
