The iconic POUDRE UNIVERSELLE LIBRE is now available in an on-the-go format, for touch-ups as needed throughout the day.

This skin-perfecting powder, whose ultra-lightweight formula lays on the skin like a veil, mattifies without accentuating lines and enhances the complexion with a sheer finish. Skin's texture is left with a smooth, even, blurred appearance. Skin is more comfortable, a feeling that lasts all day.

POUDRE UNIVERSELLE LIBRE now comes in a refillable, on-the-go compact, making it easy to take anywhere with you. Equipped with a mirror and a powder puff, this format offers effortless application at any time of the day.

COMPOSITION

- Treated pigments, for long-lasting wear.
- Two naturally derived powders, which lend a soft-focus effect that blurs imperfections. Combined with a naturally derived polymer, they give the complexion a luminous, mattified appearance.
- A mineral powder, for an increased feeling of comfort.

HOW TO USE

Before using for the first time, remove the clear seal and turn the closed compact over several times to ensure that an adequate amount of powder is dispensed.

Turn the closed compact upside down and back upright before every application. Then, use the powder puff to take some POUDRE UNIVERSELLE LIBRE from the sifter. Gently tap the puff on the back of your hand to remove any excess product. Press lightly over the entire face.
After each use, place the powder puff on top of the sifter and close the refill lid before closing the compact.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

GLS Home delivery within 6 to 8 business days

• Delivery against signature
• Delivery on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• In case of absence of the recipient, the parcel is returned to the depot. Consignee is contacted via phone call before the 2nd delivery attempt. After the 2nd failed delivery attempt, the parcel is left at the depot or at the nearest ParcelShop. The consignee is informed via e-mail or phone call.

Communication during delivery:
• Upstream, the recipient receives an email indicating the date and time slot of the home delivery.
• The recipient has the option to provide new delivery instructions, from among the available options, from the link in the email.
• The email is sent in the language of the destination country.

what are your return policies ?

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
To return your product(s), fill out the return form and include it in your return parcel. Returns will only be accepted if this form is in your parcel. Please contact your Customer Care Service to receive a prepaid shipping label that you can stick on your return package and deposit it in a DHL collecting point.
You can find the list of DHL collecting points on www.locator.dhl.com.
Eyewear Products may also be returned within a CHANEL fashion boutique.
For health and hygiene protection, cosmetic products that have been unsealed are not eligible for reimbursement.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and eyewear products must be returned with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).
