LES EXCLUSIFS DE CHANEL
GARDÉNIA and
Maisons d'Art Coffret
Ultra-limited edition
An exquisite coffret
Inspired by the camellia flower, Coco Chanel's emblem. A coffret that opens to reveal a voluptuous fragrance housed in a Baccarat crystal bottle. Made of dipped lambskin and lined with creations by Maison Lesage and Maison Lemarié.
Maison LESAGE
Embroiderer since 1858 and tweed maker
Tweed, one of the House of CHANEL's most iconic materials, lines the inside of the coffret. Brilliant white and sprinkled with touches of color, to echo the floral freshness of the fragrance.
Maison Lemarié
Feather and flower maker since 1880
The lining of the coffret is studded with camellias. Every flower is unique. The petals are pressed, assembled one by one, then painted with a pattern that resembles tweed.
Maison Baccarat
Crystal. Craftsmanship dating back to 1764
To preserve the purity of the fragrance, the Baccarat crystal bottle is sealed using the traditional art of baudruchage. A fine membrane is placed over the neck of the bottle and held in place with two rows of black pearl-cotton thread. It is then sealed with a wax stamp bearing the CHANEL double C logo. With its emerald-cut cabochon, the fragrance can be applied to the inside of the wrists and to the neck.
