Every pair of CHANEL glasses is a fragile piece made with special materials. Therefore, you need to care for each type of frame in a particular way. There are general care instructions in a booklet that comes with your glasses.</br>

CHANEL finds the best craftsmanship to meet its exacting criteria on quality and excellence. Eyewear and footwear are made in Italy, bags and costume Jewellery are made in France and Italy, and small leather goods or espadrilles and similar products are manufactured in Spain, which also uses traditional leatherwork techniques.

An invoice is issued for each purchase. CHANEL does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms and conditions for sale.

No, CHANEL.com and CHANEL boutiques only offer eyewear frames. All eyeglasses will be delivered with sample lenses. We invite you to use our Store Locator to find an authorized optician who can assist you with your prescription lens fitting.

FOR HOME DELIVERY RETURN:
1.\tTo return your product(s), fill out the above details and include this form in your return parcel. If this form isn't in your parcel, your return could not be acceptable. Return must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
2.\tFor hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement. Eyewear must be returned in its original condition with tag intact. Merchandise that has been altered is not returnable.

Via post. Download your prepaid shipping label from your Customer Account > Order history > Order concerned by your return. The label can also be found in your order shipping confirmation email. Stick the label directly to your return package before depositing it at a post office. You can also request a new prepaid shipping label by contacting your Customer Care Service. By contacting your Customer Care Service you can receive a prepaid shipping label that you can stick on your return package and deposit it in a collection point.

If all the conditions are completed, you will be refunded of the return product(s) and of the delivery costs if you return all the product(s), within a maximum period of 14 days following the return of your product(s).
FOR CLICK AND COLLECT RETURN:
Exclusively for click&collect orders, you must returned your product(s) within a CHANEL beauty boutique located in the country of your initial collect.
Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.
You can create your wish list by clicking on the Star symbol from the pages of each product or directly from the catalog, and share it by e-mail.
Eyewear products can also be returned at the CHANEL boutique of your choice within 30 calendar days from the date of shipping.
Eyewear products must be returned in their original packaging with the accessories provided. They also must be returned with their tag. Products that have been altered are not returnable.

Pre-order is the ability to order items that are not yet in stock but are available for advance reservation online.
We will notify you via email when your pre-order item becomes available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item ships, at which point your credit card will be charged.
A product that is temporarily out of stock will be available to backorder. To place a backorder, simply click the backorder button and proceed with checkout.
Backorder items usually ship within 2 weeks once they become available. You will receive emails notifying you of your order and shipping status.
Your backorder item will ship to the address entered during checkout.

Social and insurance reimbursments depend on local law and personal insurance coverage. CHANEL will provide you with the invoice of your optical frame so that you can take the necessary steps for refunds to which you are potentially eligible. You are responsible for these steps.
CHANEL provides you with an invoice that you can download from your account or directly from the order confirmation email that you will receive after your order has been shipped.
