Combined with intense Vanilla Planifolia water and natural Anthyllis extract, it improves skin's evenness and boosts its luminosity.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

- Vanilla Planifolia: Identified by CHANEL in 1995 and selected from among more than 117 varieties of vanilla, Vanilla Planifolia is extraordinarily rich in polyketones. It is grown and harvested in the CHANEL open-sky laboratory in Madagascar.

- Polyfractioned Vanilla Planifolia: vanilla polyfractioning is a specific technique developed by CHANEL. This process consists of 3 successive steps—extraction, purification, and molecular distillation—allowing for the plant's active components to be concentrated. It features a 40 times higher concentration of active molecules than the raw plant material.

- Intense Vanilla Planifolia water: extracted from the green fruit of the SUBLIMAGE line's emblematic plant, it acts like a natural shield for the skin against the effects of time and the environment.

- Anthyllis extract is an active ingredient derived from a wild Alpine plant, which thrives in harsh environments by drawing strength from the light. Today, it is cultivated for CHANEL in an open-sky laboratory in the southern French Alps.

HOW TO USE

In the morning: perform the Geste Lumière to gently activate skin microcirculation and show your face in its best light.
. Apply SUBLIMAGE La Crème Lumière to cheeks, forehead and neck.
. Use both hands to smooth from the center of face outward.
On the left side of the face, use both hands to alternately smooth the following areas with outward movements (x2): middle of forehead to temple, nose to ear, corner of lips to angle of jaw and tip of chin to ear. Then, work down to collarbone. Repeat these steps on the right side of the face.

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Australia. CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary express delivery on orders above AUD100.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
