• Camellia Alba PFA,* the iconic active ingredient of the HYDRA BEAUTY line, is extracted from the camellia. Extremely hydrating, it helps the skin restore and maintain optimal moisture levels in the cells.
• Blue Ginger PFA,* a powerful antioxidant, protects the skin from free radicals and reinforces its cellular self-defense system.

* PFA: PolyFractioning of Active ingredients. A specific process developed by CHANEL that allows for the creation of ultra-pure cosmetic active ingredients.

HOW TO USE

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Australia. CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary express delivery for all orders.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
