HYDRA BEAUTY Camellia Repair Mask features a creamy formula that soothes and delivers instant comfort to the skin. After application, skin is immediately nourished and plump. Soft and smooth, it no longer feels tight, its suppleness is restored, and it is intensely hydrated. The complexion is more even, and its radiance is restored.
Tested under real-world conditions*:
• Winter conditions for 1 hour at 5°C: 1 hour after application, skin appears plumper (+29%(1)) and redness is reduced (-24%(2)).
• After 1 hour in the pool: 1 hour after application, feelings of tightness are reduced (-22%(2)).

• Blue Ginger PFA protects and strengthens the skin's cellular self-defense system.

Three possible uses, for three tailor-made results:
• Apply a generous layer of the mask to the face. Leave on for 10 minutes and RINSE off with warm water.

• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.
1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.
2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.
3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.
Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.
Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.
All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
