This concentrate is extracted from an age-old plant known for its unique nutritional and mineral-replenishing properties. Rich in minerals and trace elements, it is grown organically in France.

HOW TO USE

The House of CHANEL and its experts have revisited the Kobido massage technique for the LE LIFT line. Inspired by traditional Japanese massage, the signature LE GESTE LIFT technique is meant to be performed after your skincare routine.
Massage one side of your face with the palm of your hand, using deep, smoothing strokes. Start at the base of the neck and work your way up to the forehead in the following sequence:

1. Up the neck, from the collarbone to the jaw
2. Outward along the jawline, from the chin to the ear
3. Up the cheek, from the jawbone to the cheek
4. Outward along the cheekbone, from the nose to the temples
5. Outward along the temples
6. Upward on the forehead, from the base of the eyebrow toward the hairline.

Repeat on the other half of your face.

what are my delivery options ?

All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).

• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
