L’EAU MICELLAIRE is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Formulated with a prebiotic molecule, it removes makeup and cleanses the skin in a single step, while respecting the skin's pH balance. Micelles in the L’EAU MICELLAIRE formula cling to and eliminate makeup, impurities, UV filters, and pollutants.
Ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested on all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Non-comedogenic.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Formulated with two marine plant extracts, blue microalgae and salicornia extract, L’EAU MICELLAIRE helps combat pollution while preserving the skin barrier.
L’EAU MICELLAIRE combines the performance of these active ingredients with an ultra-fresh texture, for a comfortable way to perfectly remove makeup.
HOW TO USE
Use every evening to remove makeup and cleanse the skin. Every morning to cleanse and refresh the skin.
1. Dispense 4 pumps of L'EAU MICELLAIRE onto a cotton pad.
2. Gently smooth the cotton pad moistened with L’EAU MICELLAIRE onto face, neck and lips. Repeat the gesture until the cotton pad is clean.
3. Continue with another cotton pad for the eyelids and eyelashes. If needed, leave the cotton pad for a few seconds on the eyelashes, then wipe off the lashes starting at the root.
4. Wipe off the lips with a moistened cotton pad.

what are my delivery options ?
All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).
• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

what are your return / exchange policies ?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.
1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.
2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.
3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.
Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.
Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.
All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. Please note, chanel.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund. Please contact us on 1300 242 635 or via email if you have any queries.
