ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

CHANEL Research has developed an exclusive formula enriched with a high concentration of active ingredients.
Vanilla Planifolia: Identified by CHANEL in 1995 and selected from among more than 117 varieties of vanilla, Vanilla Planifolia is extraordinarily rich in polyketones. It is grown and harvested in the CHANEL open-sky laboratory in Madagascar.
To obtain its signature SUBLIMAGE active ingredient, CHANEL Research developed Vanilla Planifolia polyfractioning after several years of study. This unique process makes it possible to concentrate the active molecules from the plant in 3 successive steps: extraction, purification, and molecular distillation.
Polyfractioned Vanilla Planifolia, the product of this long and meticulous patented process, is an active ingredient that has a 40 times higher concentration of active molecules than the raw plant material. Within the skin, it increases cellular regeneration threefold*.
This signature active ingredient has been coupled with three types of biomimetic lipids. Their structure, similar to components of the epidermis, ensures that they are perfectly assimilated, helping to protect and strengthen the skin barrier.
This blend of key ingredients that lies at the heart of the formula strengthens and regenerates the skin right down to the skin barrier.

HOW TO USE

Use SUBLIMAGE Le Masque twice per week on the face and neck.
Using a brush, apply a thin layer of SUBLIMAGE Le Masque to clean, dry skin. Avoid the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes to allow skin to absorb the ingredients. Gently wipe off excess product with a cotton pad, then perform LE GESTE SUBLIME RADIANCE.
This technique was inspired by the professional expertise offered by CHANEL skincare experts at our beauty spaces.
Bend the fingers and massage from the center of the face outwards, performing deep circular movements.
1 - UNDER THE JAWLINE
Begin below the jawline (under the chin), massaging from the center outwards.
2 - JAWLINE
Continue along the jawline, from the chin to the ears.
3 - CHEEKS
Continue from the jawline to the cheeks, working up toward the temples.
4 - FOREHEAD
End on the forehead, massaging from the center of the face out toward the temples.
Repeat these movements 3 times.

All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).

• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
