CHANEL presents HYDRA BEAUTY Micro Sérum Lèvres, a microfluidic lip serum enriched with white camellia and hyaluronic acid. Combining efficacy and sensuousness, it offers a hydrating, plumping, and soothing effect, both instantly and over time.
Microfluidic technology encapsulates the power of white camellia within thousands of micro-bubbles, preserving it up until the moment of application. The Micro Sérum Lèvres combines two distinct phases: a water phase infused with hyaluronic acid and white camellia extracts, which have a hydrating, plumping, and soothing effect; and an oil phase formulated with micro-bubbles of white camellia oleo-extract(1), which lock in moisture.

The micro-bubbles, which are perfectly compatible with the skin, melt on application and release their precious white camellia extract, delivering an intense plumping effect. Lightweight and water-fresh, the formula absorbs instantly and forms a thin protective layer on the lips, keeping them hydrated for up to 24 hours(2) and leaving them perfectly prepped for makeup application.

Featuring on-the-go packaging and a precise applicator tip that is soft to the touch, it is easy to use throughout the day.

All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).

• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
