Coat lids with intense color, emphasise the eyes with graphic eyeliner, or accentuate the brows with a hint of bold color: with OMBRE ESSENTIELLE, CHANEL has designed an eyeshadow that can be applied in 3 different ways and worn on its own or layered, in order to create a multitude of makeup looks.

An ultra-soft, lightweight powder texture with sensory appeal. A formula enriched with sage oil, to ensure comfort and provide long-lasting wear, up to 8 hours*. Each color glides onto the desired area of the eyes in a single swipe. The eyeshadow blends seamlessly onto the lids and wears like a second skin.

A new range of 14 modern shades combines some of the House's most iconic colors, reimagined by Cécile Paravina, with bold new hues. Matte, satin, and metallic finishes give free rein to the imagination.

The iconic case, inimitably elegant and adorned with a double C engraving, opens to reveal a wide mirror and three versatile applicators: a white foam applicator for sweeping on eyeshadow and a dual-ended synthetic-bristle applicator, with a tapered eyeliner brush for precise definition and another brush for blending.

Great formula. The angled end of the brush is perfect for applying as a smokey eyeliner. My hair is a cool tone black and I find many brow powders are warm tone so they look “odd” on me, this works as a perfect brow powder without being too harsh. Highly recommend.

what are my delivery options ?

All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).

• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
