HOW TO USE
Apply JOUES CONTRASTE with its integrated deluxe brush for a sophisticated result:
- For a very natural blush effect: sweep onto the top of cheekbones and along the cheeks. Reapply to intensify the makeup result.
- To structure the face: shade the hollows of the cheeks or accentuate the temples, forehead and jawlines.

what are my delivery options ?
All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).
• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location.
what are your return / exchange policies ?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.
1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.
2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.
3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.
Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.
Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.
All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank. I’ve been loving the Chanel Joues Contraste Blush in 72 Rose Initial. It’s such a beautiful soft pink that gives the cheeks a natural, healthy flush without ever looking overdone. The formula is finely milled, blends effortlessly, and melts into the skin for a seamless finish. I love applying it with the Chanel blush brush, which picks up just the right amount of product and makes application quick and easy. Together they create a soft, diffused look that is perfect for everyday wear. Rose Initial is one of those shades that instantly brightens the complexion and works with almost any makeup look. It gives a fresh, polished appearance while still looking natural. Although Chanel products are an investment, I find this blush excellent value for money. The compact contains a generous amount of product, and because so little is needed with each application, it seems to last forever. I’ve had mine for ages and it still looks barely used. Between the beautiful formula, elegant packaging, and incredible longevity, it’s a product I would happily repurchase.
