Available in a mouth-watering palette of intense, iridescent, transparent and lacquered shades that range in coverage, the non-sticky gel formula melts onto the lips. Easy to apply with its "cocoon" applicator tip, ROUGE COCO GLOSS offers many different ways to have fun with your gloss. To try one is to want them all, in every shade.

COMPOSITION

Formulated with a Hydraboost complex composed of natural waxes (jojoba, sunflower and mimosa) and a natural coconut oil derivative, it leaves the lips instantly moisturised, smooth, soft and nourished, day after day.
Its smooth texture becomes one with the lips for a long-lasting, high-shine, wet-look finish.

HOW TO USE

Use the "cocoon" applicator for easy, sensuous application. It features a curved side designed for the lower lip and a rounded tip for the upper lip.

This product is not comparable to any other gloss, it’s light weight, sheer with enough pigment. I have trouble with other glosses slipping off my lips and bleeding. This product does not do that for me. Worth the $$ Perfect colour

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).

• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
