Light and powdery, its texture is as fine as a puff of dust, becoming creamy upon application for a smooth finish. Its long-lasting formula delivers a flawless eye look for up to 8 hours*.

OMBRE PREMIÈRE LIBRE has a sponge-tip applicator built into the cap, making it easy to use on the go. Its semi-transparent black bottle features a gradient effect that allows its 6 vibrant, luminous shades to show through.

HOW TO USE

Pick up a small amount of powder with the built-in sponge-tip applicator and lightly tap off excess product.

Sweep directly onto the eyelids using the applicator. Apply a second layer for even richer, more intense colour.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
