DESCRIPTION

N°18 is a fragrance with fruity and syrupy notes that evokes the splendor of Place Vendôme, whose octagonal shape inspired many of Gabrielle Chanel's creations. The square is now home to the CHANEL Fine Jewellery boutique, located at number 18.

COMPOSITION

N°18 is a fragrance in the image of precious gems: unique and intense. The warmth of ambrette seeds heightened with notes of white musk and geranium lends it a vibrant trail.

INSPIRATION

The life of Gabrielle Chanel was closely linked to Place Vendôme. Mademoiselle lived for a long time at the Ritz and the octagonal shape of the square inspired many of her creations, particularly the design of her fragrance bottles and her watch faces. Number 18 Place Vendôme is home to the CHANEL Fine Jewellery boutique.

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Australia. CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary express delivery for all orders.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
