GARDÉNIA LES GRANDS EXTRAITS is an exceptional piece, a highly sought-after collector's item exclusively made to order. The most accomplished expression of High Perfumery, the Parfum is now available in a deluxe size that defies all reason. The majestic faceted glass bottle, cut like a monumental diamond and sealed by the art of baudruchage, is nestled in a white satin-lined case protected by a sleeve that opens like a flower.

COMPOSITION

The ultimate floral fragrance, intense and voluptuous. Blossoming with notes of Gardenia, a creamy heart and an imaginative trail. GARDÉNIA captures the radiant light of summer.

INSPIRATION

The Camellia, Mademoiselle Chanel's flower of choice, has no scent. Ernest Beaux, the creator of N°5, chose the Gardenia, a flower that resembles the Camellia and exudes a sweet scent. Together, with Mademoiselle Chanel, he composed a dazzlingly feminine imaginary bouquet.

ART OF PERFUMING

The Parfum is applied with the faceted cabochon to pulse points on the skin: behind the earlobe, on the décolleté, and on the inside of the wrist.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

what are my delivery options ?

All CHANEL Online Boutique orders are uniquely packaged and delivered across mainland Australia and Tasmania (excluding remote territories).

• Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders above AUD100
• For orders below AUD100, a shipping fee of AUD10 will be applied
• Delivery within 1-2 business days for Metro cities, and 3-7 business days for Regional cities
• Orders shipped to Collection Points (Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes) are shipped via Standard shipping and may take up to an additional 5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location.

what are your return / exchange policies ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, AEST/AEDT (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
