COMPOSITION

N°5 L’EAU FRESH LOTION evokes the softest facet of N°5 L'EAU. Top notes of lemon, mandarin and orange soar skyward with the aldehydes. The flowers come like a second wind, as rose melds with airy jasmine and a new, ultra-modern fraction of ylang-ylang. Behind this floral bouquet, vetiver and cedar impart a novel dynamism, softened by notes of musk.

INSPIRATION

Olivier Polge, Perfumer for the House of CHANEL, drew inspiration from its flawless structure to reinvent N°5. With the subtle touch of a goldsmith, he deconstructed the original formula and took hold of each ingredient to understand its true role. To create N°5 L’EAU, a new balance, an ideal dose of freshness. The essence of its generation.

N°5 L’EAU FRESH LOTION is a fresh moisturising lotion that leaves the skin softer and more comfortable after one month of use. It can be worn all day long, alone or layered with your fragrance for a longer lasting scent. A travel-friendly format that is easy to slip into your bag and take with you anywhere. The capless bottle opens with a simple Twist and Slide motion of the finger.

All orders placed on the Official Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and delivered in Australia. CHANEL is pleased to offer complimentary express delivery for all orders.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES ?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to do so within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a full refund, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Please contact our CHANEL Client Care representatives online or by calling 1300 242 635, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return and provide a prepaid return label to be attached to your parcel.

2. Please pack your parcel including the samples in their original packaging, along with the packing list and follow the instructions provided by Client Care.

3. Your return order will be received within 3-5 business days and then processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed and your refund will received within 3-5 business days. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.

Currently CHANEL boutiques do not accept returns for orders placed on the CHANEL online Boutique.

Please note that returns will not be accepted at any other retail outlet that sells CHANEL products.

All refunds will be credited to the original card/method that was used for payment, and refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
