HOW TO PLACE A CHANEL
CLICK & COLLECT ORDER

SELECT YOUR PIECES
Explore Watches and Fine Jewelry collections on chanel.com. Add eligible creations to your bag by choosing “Click & Collect.”
2.
CHOOSE A BOUTIQUE
Select the boutique where you’d like to pick up your order. Click & Collect is currently offered at the Dubai Mall CHANEL Watches and Fine Jewellery boutique.
3.
COMPLETE CHECKOUT
Enter your details and finalize your purchase. Your payment will be processed once your order is available for pickup.
4.
COLLECT YOUR PIECES
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at your selected CHANEL boutique.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Watches and Fine Jewelry orders are typically ready within 4 hours, subject to product availability and approval. Please do not arrive at the boutique until you are notified that your order is ready for pickup.
You must bring a proof of identification and the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup. Please see an Advisor upon arrival at the boutique.
Once your order is ready for pickup, please collect it within 15 days. If you need more time, you can call the Dubai Mall CHANEL Watches and Jewellery boutique at +971 4 382 7106.
If you are unable to pick up your order, you may designate someone to do so on your behalf. You must provide the boutique with that person’s legal name ahead of time, and the delegated person must bring a proof of identification as well as the email confirming that the order is ready for pickup.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to obtain a tax refund for creations purchased via the Click & Collect service. Only creations purchased directly in a CHANEL boutique are eligible for a tax refund.
