Every pair of CHANEL glasses is a fragile piece made with special materials. Therefore, you need to care for each type of frame in a particular way. There are general care instructions in a booklet that comes with your glasses.

For special materials like leather and pearls, ask for advice in a CHANEL Boutique or an authorized CHANEL eyewear retailer, or you can contact a Customer Care Advisor online so that we may assist you.

 

CHANEL finds the best craftsmanship to meet its exacting criteria on quality and excellence. Eyewear and footwear are made in Italy, bags and costume Jewellery are made in France and Italy, and small leather goods or espadrilles and similar products are manufactured in Spain, which also uses traditional leatherwork techniques.

An invoice is issued for each purchase. CHANEL does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms and conditions for sale.

However, in the event of theft or loss of your pair of glasses, it is possible to obtain a duplicate by providing supporting documents (copy of complaint form, affidavit, and a copy of your ID card).

Authentication of products is not a service offered by CHANEL. Authenticity is only guaranteed if the product has been purchased from a CHANEL Boutique or from an authorised retailer, of which you can find an exhaustive list in our Store Locator section.

We kindly ask that you provide us with the contact information for the vendor (name and place of sale, regardless if it is a store or a website) so that we can verify if it is CHANEL authorised or not, and so that we can consider which actions should be taken to put an end to activities that may constitute acts of counterfeiting. To return your product(s), contact our Client Care. Return must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for orders placed in The United Arab Emirates and 15 calendar days from the date of delivery for orders placed in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in Kuwait.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement. Eyewear must be returned in its original condition with tag intact. Merchandise that has been altered is not returnable.

If all the conditions are completed, you will be refunded of the return product(s) and of the delivery costs if you return all the product(s), within a maximum period of 30 days, in The United Arab Emirates, and 15 days, in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in Kuwait, following the return of your product(s).

These conditions are valid for Home Delivery and Click&Collect (UAE only) orders.
